JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must be able to understand, operate, adjust and maintain the following systems: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, building automation, chilled water and heating water distribution, plumbing, compressed air, steam, water softeners, emergency power generation and hydraulic balers and compactors. Must be able to understand and operate the following equipment: Diesel engines and pumps, submersible pumps, horizontal and vertical pumps and motors, boilers, chillers, emergency power generators, switchgear, air compressors, electric and gas welders, grinders, saws, drills and presses, computers and pneumatic controls. ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS: Must be able to work days, evenings or nights including Holidays. Must be available to be on-call.
