Design, validate, and oversee technical solutions for Infor M3 projects, ensuring integration, performance, and stakeholder alignment. | Deep technical knowledge of Infor M3, project management skills, experience with cloud and integration tools, and soft skills for stakeholder communication. | We are looking for a M3 Technical Solution Architect to provide remote support. This activity requires and experienced TSA for 20 hours per week for the remainder of 2026. Skillset for Technical Project Manager / Technical Solution Architect for Infor M3 1. Core Technical Knowledge • Infor M3 Functional and Technical Expertise: • Deep understanding of Infor M3 ERP modules relevant to the project scope (e.g., Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, Supply Chain). • Knowledge of Infor M3 Cloud and on-premise technical architecture. • Familiarity with Infor M3 APIs, integration techniques, and data migration tools (e.g., MvxFileTransfer, IDM). • Experience with Infor ION for integration and workflow orchestration. • Cloud Readiness and Technical Assessments: • Ability to perform technical cloud readiness assessments. • Understanding of cloud deployment, security, and infrastructure considerations for Infor M3. 2. Project Management & Delivery Skills • Project Coordination & Leadership: • Coordinate with customer technical leads and Infor functional and technical consultants. • Oversee project-related technical plans, resources, and activities. • Manage change orders, resource role allocation, and service fee estimation. • Methodology & Governance: • Apply Infor's Method Playbook for project governance. • Maintain requirements traceability and solution architecture documentation. • Communication & Stakeholder Management: • Strong client communication skills to act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. • Lead workshops and technical discussions to align project goals. • Risk & Issue Management • Identify, escalate, and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. 3. Solution Architecture & Design • Technical Solution Architecture: • Design and validate technical solutions aligned with business requirements. • Integration with external systems and third-party applications. • Data management and configuration technical design. • Performance and Scalability: • Plan for performance optimization and scalability in solution design. • Technical Documentation: • Prepare architectural diagrams and technical solution guides. 4. Tooling and Technologies • Infor Tools: • MvxFileTransfer for data migration. • IDM (Infor Document Management) for output management. • General Tech Stack: • Experience with XML, APIs, middleware technologies. • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.). • Collaboration Tools: • Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence. 5. Soft Skills • Team Collaboration: • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, functional consultants, and client IT. • Training and Development: • Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions. • Analytical Thinking: • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems with the Infor M3 solution.

This is a strategic initiative within the healthcare and medical devices industry, with high visibility and impact. This role supports a high-priority global program focused on modernizing enterprise data platforms, enhancing analytics capabilities, and enabling data-driven decision-making across business functions. The program includes the implementation of scalable cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure), deployment of advanced BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and alignment with regulatory standards such as FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring successful delivery through Agile and hybrid methodologies. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree + 8 years, or Master’s degree + 6 years of related experience. • 8+ years of experience leading IT projects of medium to large size in matrixed environments. • Extensive experience in regulated industries, with strong exposure to validation. Domain Experience: • Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Proven experience leading projects involving data platforms, analytics tools, and visualization solutions (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake). • Familiarity with data migration strategies (structured/unstructured data, metadata, integrations) • Advanced Analytics & AI/ML: Exposure to projects involving predictive analytics, machine learning models, or AI-driven insights. • Experience in regulated industries, with a strong preference for exposure to medical validation projects. • Expertise in compliance frameworks like FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
