Salesforce Systems Administrator - Remote Job Description: • Create and manage changes to the system. • Modify/configure the system to increase benefits and usability. • Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations. • Manage system changes without interruption to the user. • Grant/ remove and maintain user licenses. • Communicate with users regarding new features, enhancements, and changes to the system. • Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance. • Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience. • Document company processes and workflows. • Develop process documentation and field maps. • Create new processes and associated reporting. • Import data as appropriate. • Monitor and manage exception logs for back-end system integration with SFDC. • Monitor and improve data quality. • Create and maintain dashboards. • Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance. Required: • Salesforce System Administrator - 4 years. • Copado Administrator - 2 years. • Ownbackup data seeding - 1 year. • Salesforce utilities like Workbench and Dataloader - 1 year. Desired: • Copado DevOps operations - 2 years. • Ownbackup data backup and recovery - 1 year. • Change and Configuration management concepts and procedures - 1 year. • Apex code - 1 year. • Salesforce Administrator certification - Highly desired.
