As a Senior Client Success Manager (CSM) – Dedicated, you’ll be the trusted partner for one of Lytx’ largest and most strategic clients, guiding them through all client lifecycles, deployment through renewal. In this fast-paced role, you’ll collaborate with your client to understand their goals, craft tailored solutions, and drive adoption of Lytx’ products. You’ll share best practices, manage change, and solve challenges to ensure program success. By building strong relationships and working cross-functionally, you’ll play a key role in fostering long-term partnerships and helping your client achieve meaningful results. You will also act as a trusted advisor to key operational and safety stakeholders, helping them translate Lytx insights into targeted actions that reduce risk and drive measurable program outcomes. You’ll Get To: • Serve as the main point of contact for the Client’s Safety, Fleet and Operational Teams for Lytx program-related topics • Monitor and ensure delivery against contractual commitments including program enablement’s, service and support, and implementation requirements • Leverage technical expertise to help diagnose issues and drive solutions • Develop and execute Account Plans that align with client business objectives, including identifying expansion opportunities and working collaboratively with sales to renew and grow NRR • Prepare and present strategic business reviews and consultative recommendations to client leadership teams, fostering strong partnerships and driving improved value recognition from their Lytx relationship through successful adoption of proposed solutions • Identify and nurture long-term relationships with Strategic and Operational client stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives, to ensure ongoing executive access and retention • Conduct regular analysis and review of progress toward established goals (both internal and external); track and measure KPIs; identify portfolio performance risks and develop mitigation plans • Monitor client health, address issues proactively, and drive contract renewals while minimizing churn • Work to identify any actions or missing actions that may introduce risk into the customer’s success; research and analyze root cause for risk-related actions; develop and execute a plan to reduce and/or mitigate the identified risk • Provide strategic guidance to help clients operationalize, integrate, and sustain the Lytx program within their broader workflows, processes, and organizational culture. • Lead ongoing education, enablement, and best practice sharing through training sessions, consultative support, and proactive day-to-day engagement. • Support clients in maximizing the full value of the Lytx platform by ensuring effective adoption, workflow integration, and utilization of key features, insights, and performance tools. You’ll Get To: Develop and execute a customized Program Management Plan to meet Clients’ safety program objectives Be the main point of contact for the Client from deployment through to renewal Build strong relationships resulting in high levels of client engagement with assigned accounts During deployment responsible for designing and configuring the platform to meet the unique needs of the client and ensure it helps to solve their problems Act as a subject matter expert and consult on topics including change management, communication strategy, risk management, coaching techniques and more Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of installations, training and customer support Create and deliver effective onsite and web-based training and best practice presentations Present data analytics highlighting program performance and financial metrics to executive level clients Provide day-to-day support to Safety Leaders Partner with Account Team on expansion opportunities and renewal efforts Serve as a point of escalation for Client issues Responsible for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction Assist in managing or leading special projects as needed Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of experience desired 5 -7 years’ experience in an account management role within a fast-paced, commercial products or SaaS environment Strong customer focus and problem resolution skills Experience working with decision makers within an organization Aptitude for numbers and expert skills with Microsoft Excel Ability to effectively present key performance metrics to executive level clients Great organizational skills for customer and product information Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly strong persuasion and negotiation skills Strong technical acumen; ability to learn technical products quickly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Demonstrated success managing complex projects Experience with managed services, trucking, and fleet industry is highly preferred Ability to travel 10 -15% This role works hybrid on-site Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in Newport News, Virginia. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
