The Senior Enterprise Trial Success Manager (TSM) is a strategic partner to Enterprise Sales, responsible for designing and leading high-impact proof-of-value engagements that accelerate revenue and differentiate Lytx in competitive environments. This role goes beyond project management. You will act as a business consultant, value storyteller, and cross-functional leader—ensuring enterprise prospects clearly see and quantify the operational, safety, and financial outcomes Lytx delivers. What You’ll Do Strategic Trial Design & Win Strategy Partner with Enterprise Sales to develop customized trial strategies aligned to customer business objectives, competitive landscape, and deal strategy. Define clear success criteria tied to executive-level outcomes and ROI. Align trial plans to MEDDPICC and broader enterprise sales motions. Executive Engagement & Influence Build strong relationships across safety, operations, IT, and executive stakeholders. Facilitate executive business reviews and value presentations that articulate measurable impact. Support the development of compelling business cases that advance procurement and budget approval. Data-Driven Value Storytelling Translate trial analytics into clear, outcome-based narratives. Quantify safety improvements, operational efficiencies, and risk reduction. Deliver presentations that elevate Lytx from vendor to long-term strategic partner. Cross-Functional Leadership Lead coordination across Sales, Key Accounts, Product, Implementation, and Operations to ensure trial success. Anticipate risks and proactively remove barriers to maintain deal momentum. Balance strategic ownership with strong execution discipline. Expansion & Long-Term Growth Identify opportunities for broader solution adoption during the evaluation phase. Partner with Key Account teams to position long-term growth and expansion. Provide field insights to Product and GTM leadership to inform strategy. Continuous Improvement Contribute to refining trial methodologies, playbooks, and enablement assets. Share competitive intelligence and market feedback to strengthen win strategy. What Success Looks Like Independently lead complex enterprise trials in competitive environments. Influence multi-stakeholder buying committees. Deliver executive-level value presentations that directly support deal progression. Contribute to improved trial-to-close conversion rates. Be recognized as a trusted strategic advisor to Sales and customers alike. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic consulting, customer success, or solution consulting within a SaaS environment. Proven success supporting complex sales cycles (enterprise-level ACV preferred). Strong executive presence and ability to influence VP and C-level stakeholders. Experience building ROI models or translating data into business impact narratives. Demonstrated ability to navigate competitive evaluations. Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple high-visibility engagements simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel up to 20%.
