Develop and implement growth strategies, build market intelligence, create analytics tools, and support negotiations and partnerships. | 7-10+ years in healthcare strategy, analytics, or consulting, with advanced modeling skills and experience in healthcare reimbursement and delivery. | The Opportunity The Director of Strategy & Analytics is a key strategic leader responsible for building the insights, frameworks, and analytical backbone that fuel our commercial expansion. You will work across payer relations, employer solutions, and health system partnerships to define strategy, evaluate opportunities, and support high-stakes negotiations with data-driven recommendations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of healthcare strategy, analytics, and market development—and wants to have a direct impact on how specialty care is delivered nationwide. What You’ll Do Strategy & Market Insights - Develop growth strategies across payer, employer, and health system channels. - Build and maintain market intelligence on infusion utilization, reimbursement trends, competing sites of care, and specialty drug dynamics. - Identify emerging opportunities and develop clear, executive-ready recommendations. Analytics Leadership - Own the Enterprise Growth analytics roadmap—models, dashboards, reporting, and forecasting. - Create pricing, reimbursement, and contract performance analytics to support negotiations. - Build financial models evaluating new markets, new services, partnerships, and enterprise initiatives. - Translate complex data into simple, compelling insights for executives and partners. Commercial & Partnership Support - Provide analytics that strengthen payer negotiations and value-based contracting discussions. - Build employer-facing data tools demonstrating cost savings and steerage potential. - Support health system partnership evaluation, JV rationale, and referral optimization analysis. - Standardize analytic frameworks used across the entire Growth organization. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Growth channel leaders, Finance, Operations, and Clinical teams. - Partner with Data/IT to expand data infrastructure and ensure consistent, high-quality inputs. - Support executive leadership with board materials, partner pitch decks, and strategic initiatives. What You Bring - 7–10+ years in healthcare strategy, analytics, consulting, payer/provider contracting, or relevant growth roles. - Strong understanding of reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, infusion therapy, or healthcare delivery. - Advanced modeling skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. - Experience supporting commercial negotiations or partnership development. - Exceptional communication skills with an ability to engage senior executives. - Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments; builds structure amid ambiguity. - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (MBA, MPH, MHA, Data Analytics, etc.).
