We’re hiring a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and execute hiring across our clinical and corporate teams as we plan to scale our team significantly. This is a hands-on role with ~80% of your time spent actively recruiting and leading critical searches, and ~20% focused on improving recruiting systems, processes, and providing team leadership and support. This person will work closely with the Director of Implementation to open new centers, enabling our patients to receive best in class care. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across markets. Key Responsibilities Deliver new center openings in an efficient, scalable, and timely manner, from planning through project completion while meeting budgetary requirements Maintain the progress of each project timeline, milestone, dependencies and blockers Ensure all departments are aligned on deliverables, deadlines and readiness of requirement Partner with local market owners to launch a new center while aligning facility readiness, inventory/equipment set up and patient value around a shared goal and timeline Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Project Coordination, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience 2-5 years of project management preferred Strong project coordination and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors etc. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and budgets Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and similar tools Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization Must be able to life 25+lbs Must be able to be mobile and standing for 5-6 hours when completing a center set up

This role will set and enforce standards, drive process excellence, and foster strategic partnerships to deliver exceptional patient outcomes, intake efficiency, and regional growth.
