We are looking for sharp, delivery-focused data consultants to lead the migration of a large data platform from Google Cloud Platform to AWS. You will not be reviewing architecture diagrams from the sidelines; you will be building the pipelines, designing the schemas, and making the hard calls that keep petabytes of critical financial data moving accurately and on schedule. What You Will Do Own end-to-end data migration execution: Drive the full OLAP/OLTP migration from GCP to AWS: data mapping, schema conversion, and hands-on lift-and-shift execution. Build rock-solid synchronization pipelines: Design and implement data sync pipelines with tight SLAs for latency, consistency, and error recovery. Zero ambiguity on failure modes. Bring the target architecture to life: Implement the AWS data architecture end to end, including driver personalization engines and production-grade dashboarding solutions. Migrate historical and time-series data at scale: Execute large-volume historical data migrations with rigorous integrity checks and minimal disruption to live operations. In this role, you’ll help drive initiatives that strengthen risk management and compliance across the bank. You won’t just manage tasks; you’ll be the connector between risk, compliance, legal, audit, and business teams, making sure the bank delivers on its commitments to customers, leadership, and regulators. What You’ll Do Take ownership of governance and risk projects from start to finish — planning, execution, tracking, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Lead remediation work tied to regulatory or audit findings. That means setting clear milestones, assigning ownership, and ensuring projects wrap up on time and to standard. We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to take on an important initiative in our clients platform journey: a large-scale migration that touches developers across the company. You’ll own the process end-to-end, treat migration like a product in its own right, and design an experience that minimizes disruption while helping teams adopt with confidence. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end program, guiding everything from a fast-moving two-week discovery sprint to the long-tail execution of customer migration and adoption. Define the “migration product” by building and managing the roadmap, creating clear success metrics like adoption velocity and risk reduction, and producing helpful resources such as documentation, communication plans, and support playbooks. Be the voice of the customer by deeply understanding the pain points internal developers face when migrations are forced on them. Advocate for their needs and design solutions that respect their workflows. Bring teams together by coordinating across Security, CI/CD Platform, Model Serving, and numerous customer groups. You’ll be the glue that keeps priorities and dependencies aligned.
