In partnership with the Workforce Analytics team, analyze internal and external trends to anticipate future skills needs, track learner engagement, assess program effectiveness, and inform strategic decision-making. • Immersive and Social Learning Adoption: Ongoing learning and sharing of technology and trend insights are leveraged to uncover social learning opportunities that foster employee engagement, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. • Mindset and Change Leadership: Foster a growth mindset and agility within the team and organization, helping others embrace and thrive through continuous change.
