Role Overview: As a Manufacturing Technology Systems Engineer at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our manufacturing software solutions. You will collaborate closely with Operating Technology (OT) teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of technology systems that drive manufacturing excellence. What You'll Do: - You will develop, enhance, and maintain KDP software solutions to support manufacturing operations. - You will partner with OT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly. - You will analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for technology improvements. - You will implement system upgrades and ensure compliance with industry standards. - You will document system configurations, procedures, and best practices. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology integration projects. - You will provide training and technical support to manufacturing personnel. - You will monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency. What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing technology or systems engineering. - Proficiency in software development and maintenance, including experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Experience with OT systems and industrial automation technologies. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with SCADA systems and PLC programming. - Knowledge of data analytics and process optimization techniques. - Familiarity with cloud-based manufacturing solutions. - Certifications related to manufacturing technology or systems engineering.
