About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the team and own the entire design process end-to-end. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of creator-focused financial products—taking ideas from user interviews and early sketches through polished designs, QA, and continuous iteration. This is a hands-on role: you’ll lead research, craft elegant experiences, prototype and test quickly, and partner closely with product and engineering to bring ambitious ideas to life. We’re looking for someone who thrives at balancing speed with quality, and who knows when to push for the “best” answer versus when the “right” answer gets us further, faster. You’ll also be an idea partner for the product team—bringing strong opinions about what should (and shouldn’t) be built and why. The ideal candidate has repeatedly built zero-to-one products and scaled mature ones, with a deep passion for creators and/or financial products. This position is based in Los Angeles, CA. The compensation for this role is between $140k to $160k. What you’ll do: Own the full product design lifecycle: user research, ideation, prototyping, visual/UI design, QA, and continuous improvement. Translate complex problems into simple, elegant, creator-friendly solutions. Build zero-to-one experiences from scratch as well as refine and scale mature products. Move quickly—bias for action, speed, and iteration—while balancing short-term wins with long-term product quality. Act as a thought partner to product managers and leadership with strong perspectives on what should be built and why. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations to ship high-impact features. Champion creators’ needs and bring a strong user-centric lens to every stage of the design process. What you'll need: 5-8+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech, creator tools, or consumer-facing products. Track record of building zero-to-one products and shipping impactful design at scale. Strong design craft across UX and UI, with the ability to own a process from early research through polished implementation. Bias toward speed and iteration while knowing when to invest in deeper design explorations. Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence product strategy. Strong communication skills — able to distill technical tradeoffs into clear recommendations. Fintech or payments experience is a plus, but not required. About the Role We’re looking for our first Engineering Manager to join the team and help shape the future of our engineering culture, systems, and product. This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front — you’ll roll up your sleeves to design systems, write code, and ship features while also setting the bar for technical excellence, collaboration, and product thinking. You’ll work closely with product, design, and operations to build delightful, scalable fintech products. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background who can just as easily jump into system design reviews as they can draft a product spec, and who thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment.
