Key Responsibilities Program & Project Management • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure) for strategic security and IT initiatives. • Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers. • Track deliverables and report project health (status, risks, issues, dependencies) to executive leadership. • Implement project governance with defined RACI, change control, and decision-making structures. Security & Compliance Initiatives • Coordinate remediation projects in Identity Governance, PAM onboarding, Endpoint Security coverage, SOC/SIEM integration, and Data Security (DLP, classification). • Oversee microsegmentation, network hardening, and SD-WAN consolidation programs to reduce lateral movement risk. • Manage short-term tactical projects (e.g., Vulnerability Management uplift, CMDB implementation, SOC-as-a-Service, Data Center build). ServiceNow & Monitoring Transformation • Drive ServiceNow roadmap execution (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge uplift, CMDB governance, Agile 2.0 adoption). • Oversee consolidation of Infrastructure Monitoring tools and rollout of Event Management + AIOps with ServiceNow integration. • Ensure KPI/SLA definitions are established, tracked, and reported. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication • Serve as liaison between IT, Security, Operations, Finance, Legal, and clinical leadership to align project goals. • Conduct cross-departmental workshops, training, and adoption sessions for new tools and processes. • Prepare board-ready executive summaries, dashboards, and status updates. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Cybersecurity, or related field. • 7+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or healthcare IT. • ServiceNow Experience • JIRA, Smartsheets, or similar project management tool experience. • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, PMI/PMP, ITIL). • Familiarity with NIST CSF, HIPAA, Zero Trust, and ITIL best practices. • Proven track record managing cross-functional IT/security programs (ServiceNow, SOC/SIEM, IAM/PAM, Infrastructure Monitoring, SD-WAN, Data Center). • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to interact with executive and technical audiences.
