Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced EMR Developer with a strong background in Epic OpTime, SQL programming, and Clarity reporting to support a large Eastern USA hospital system. Highly prefer candidates that are EST or Central Time Zones. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Clarity reports and data extracts from Epic OpTime modules to support OR analytics and operational decision-making. • Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand requirements, workflows, and reporting needs across perioperative services. • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views in SQL Server to support data analysis and reporting. • Participate in the development and enhancement of dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards using tools compatible with Clarity/Caboodle. • Provide technical support for existing reports and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with analysts, developers, and end-users. • Translate Epic data structures into usable datasets aligned with business requirements and compliance standards. • Maintain best practices in code documentation, testing, version control, and change management. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of professional experience as an EMR/Healthcare Data Developer or Analyst. • Bachelor's degree preferred
