The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to two top executives. Provide administrative support to a Partner and multiple direct reports including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing reports. | 5+ years supporting senior executives, preferably in finance or professional services, with strong communication and organizational skills. | Executive Assistant - South Bay - $100k-$110k Growing financial services firm located in the South Bay is seeking a polished and organized Executive Assistant to join their team. The EA will provide administrative support for a Partner and multiple direct reports with the following responsibilities: • Managing multiple calendars • Scheduling meetings and calls across time zones • Coordinating travel arrangements • Fielding phone calls and other business correspondence • Preparing expense reports • Creating and distributing meeting materials • Planning events • Supporting ad-hoc special projects In addition to a collaborative work environment and supportive team, the Executive Assistant will enjoy competitive compensation and excellent perks.
