The EA will provide administrative support for a Partner and multiple direct reports with the following responsibilities: • Managing multiple calendars • Scheduling meetings and calls across time zones • Coordinating travel arrangements • Fielding phone calls and other business correspondence • Preparing expense reports • Creating and distributing meeting materials • Planning events • Supporting ad-hoc special projects In addition to a collaborative work environment and supportive team, the Executive Assistant will enjoy competitive compensation and excellent perks.
