Manage the offboarding process, including coordination with payroll/IT. Additional Project Support: As the Sr. Mgr of Employee Services engages on an intake process with cross-functional stakeholders, the People Services Specialists will be tasked with supporting additional people initiatives throughout the year such as performance management, internship program, immigration, etc. Day in the life:              In this role you can expect to:Analyze and interpret people data to provide insights that drive HR strategy and decision-making.Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.Use data visualization tools to create reports that communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators in One ModelQualificationsExperience: 2-4 years of experience in a Coordinator or Specialist role.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in HR related tools and systems (Workday, Greenhouse)Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Working knowledge of HR programs, procedures, and processes.Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
