We recognize that for many hardworking Americans, their tax refund is their largest annual paycheck, and your role is to ensure our offices run seamlessly to deliver those results. You will oversee the daily rhythms of several tax offices within a specific district, balancing the logistical needs of the facilities with the mentorship of our seasonal staff. This is a high-energy role that requires a blend of operational savvy, people management, and a commitment to financial integrity. Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree or a comparable background in business operations. • At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity. • Strong technical aptitude, including comfort with office software and the ability to troubleshoot basic IT or tax software issues. • Prior experience in tax preparation or accounting is a significant plus. • Must have or be able to obtain a Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). • Background in management or tax-related coursework is preferred.
