REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. • 8–12+ years of experience in project/portfolio leadership in industry, energy, or chemicals. • Proven experience building or transforming a PMO. • Proficiency with PPM/Agile tools (MS Project, Jira, Power BI, etc.). • Advanced English and fluent Portuguese (mandatory).
