PMO Lead – Strategy, PMO & Performance ROLE SUMMARY: Leadership role to build and consolidate the PMO in Houston, ensuring the connection between strategy and execution with discipline, governance, and transparency. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design and implement PMO processes and tools. • Manage project portfolio and benefits realization. • Develop business cases and basic financial models. • Lead the Site PMO team and strengthen a culture of disciplined execution. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. • 8–12+ years of experience in project/portfolio leadership in industry, energy, or chemicals. • Proven experience building or transforming a PMO. • Proficiency with PPM/Agile tools (MS Project, Jira, Power BI, etc.). • Advanced English and fluent Portuguese (mandatory). Nice to have: Project management certifications and international experience. WORK CONDITIONS: On-site position based in Houston.
