Nice-to-Have Skills • MBA or other advanced degree. • Working with a tech company preferred • PMP, Agile, or similar advanced project/portfolio management certification. • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI in daily work to boost efficiency and productivity Responsibilities • Manage and deliver cross-functional initiatives and projects through all stages of the lifecycle, from initiation to completion. • Serve as a conduit between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical details into clear, understandable language and action plans. • Break down complex issues into manageable components, employing systematic approaches to execute solutions. • Receive directional guidance where required, and proactively exercise best judgment to select effective techniques to implement and evaluate outcomes. • Thrive in environments of ambiguity and velocity, maintaining clear focus and a path to execution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, Product Marketing, Enterprise Systems and Product, Retail Design and Implementation, Retail Finance, and Product Management to ensure seamless project execution. • Drive the implementation and development of retail systems, including POS, ERP, CRM, AV, and in-store demo technologies. • Curate and present project status, risks, and progress from working teams to leadership.

Intelliswift, an LTTS Company, is seeking a highly driven and organized NPI Material Program Manager to join their dynamic hardware operations team. This role involves ensuring timely delivery of materials for New Product Introduction hardware builds and collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance. Responsibilities • Manage and resolve material shortages and urgent requests from manufacturing partners. • Track supply chain risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive closure of supply-related issues. • Oversee the purchase order process for hardware, loose demand, and non-recurring engineering (NRE). • Coordinate with suppliers to track quotes, PO status, and delivery timelines. • Monitor program spending and ensure alignment with CAPEX/OPEX budgets. • Drive the issuance of purchase orders in alignment with standard lead times and program build readiness. • Could you communicate demand and supply changes clearly to manufacturing partners? • Identify bottlenecks in the NPI supply chain process and implement process improvements. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and material readiness. Skills • 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations (preferably in a hardware or technology-focused environment). • Strong analytical skills; ability to dive deep into complex data sets to inform strategic decisions. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Self-starter with strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. • Ability to work effectively across global time zones and teams. • Comfortable working flexible hours to coordinate with international suppliers. • Experience in end-to-end program or project management. • Background in computer hardware, manufacturing, or configuration. • Familiarity with BOM structures and hardware lifecycle terminology. • Mandarin-speaking is a plus due to collaboration with Asia-based vendors. • Tech or HyperScaler experience Education Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
