Intelliswift, an LTTS Company, is seeking a highly driven and organized NPI Material Program Manager to join their dynamic hardware operations team. This role involves ensuring timely delivery of materials for New Product Introduction hardware builds and collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance. Responsibilities • Manage and resolve material shortages and urgent requests from manufacturing partners. • Track supply chain risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive closure of supply-related issues. • Oversee the purchase order process for hardware, loose demand, and non-recurring engineering (NRE). • Coordinate with suppliers to track quotes, PO status, and delivery timelines. • Monitor program spending and ensure alignment with CAPEX/OPEX budgets. • Drive the issuance of purchase orders in alignment with standard lead times and program build readiness. • Could you communicate demand and supply changes clearly to manufacturing partners? • Identify bottlenecks in the NPI supply chain process and implement process improvements. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and material readiness. Skills • 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations (preferably in a hardware or technology-focused environment). • Strong analytical skills; ability to dive deep into complex data sets to inform strategic decisions. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Self-starter with strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. • Ability to work effectively across global time zones and teams. • Comfortable working flexible hours to coordinate with international suppliers. • Experience in end-to-end program or project management. • Background in computer hardware, manufacturing, or configuration. • Familiarity with BOM structures and hardware lifecycle terminology. • Mandarin-speaking is a plus due to collaboration with Asia-based vendors. • Tech or HyperScaler experience Education Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
