Administer, maintain, and optimize Verint systems and supporting infrastructure to ensure high availability and compliance. | Experience with Verint systems, system administration skills, troubleshooting, and supporting integrations with voice and contact center platforms. | Role: System Administrator Location: Remote Position Summary: The System Administrator for Verint servers is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Verint systems and supporting infrastructure. This role ensures high availability, performance, and compliance of the Verint environment, enabling secure and reliable voice and screen capture across the enterprise. The System Administrator will collaborate with IT, Networking, Security, and Operations teams to support business-critical functions and maintain system integrity. Key Responsibilities: Verint Platform Administration: • Administer, configure, and maintain Verint servers, applications, and associated components. • Monitor system performance, recording health, storage utilization, and application availability. • Perform routine audits of data retention policies, and system logs. • Apply Verint patches, software updates, and version upgrades in coordination with vendor support. System Maintenance & Support: • Troubleshoot Verint system issues, including failures, integration errors, or performance degradation. • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for user requests and escalations related to Verint issues. • Manage storage tiers, archive processes, and retention schedules based on compliance requirements. • Ensure proper configuration of backup and disaster recovery processes. Integrations & Infrastructure: • Support and maintain Verint integrations with voice platforms (e.g., SIP, VoIP, PBX, SBCs), contact center solutions, and desktop environments. • Work closely with network and telecom teams to validate call flows, routing, and trunk configurations impacting recording.
Design, develop, and maintain Python automation scripts and IaC for AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, and ensure cloud infrastructure security and reliability. | 10+ years IT experience with strong Python development skills, AWS cloud expertise, Kubernetes management, and a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent. | Role: Cloud Foundation Engineer (Python Development) Location: Irvine, CA (hybrid- 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Foundation Engineer with very strong Python development expertise and extensive experience in AWS Cloud and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing the foundational cloud infrastructure and automation that supports scalable, secure, and reliable application deployments across environments. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate provisioning, configuration, and management of AWS resources. • Build and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS and on-prem) to support containerized workloads. • Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and application teams to deliver cloud-native solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. • Develop CI/CD automation pipelines and integrate testing, monitoring, and logging frameworks. • Optimize infrastructure cost, performance, and reliability through continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with security standards, governance policies, and operational best practices. • Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems and cloud environments. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of overall IT experience, including significant hands-on experience with Python. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Support and manage project releases for STIBO/STEP MDM implementations and production environments. | 7-8 years MDM experience, 4-5 years STIBO/STEP development, experience with STEP WebUI, Business Rules, Integrations, Agile participation, and preferably MuleSoft integration. | Job Title: MDM Stibo Release Engineer Location: Frisco, TX (Remote ok) Duration: 6 Months - Contract to hire Job Description: 7-8 years’ experience in MDM projects ( implementation and production support) 4-5 years in STIBO/STEP development including project releases support experience Having very good project exposure on STEP WebUI, Business Rules, Integrations, Attribute Groups, in both implementation and Production Support Worked on different domains Product, Customer, supplier preferably with Retail, Pharmaceutical, Banking & Finance and Energy & Utilities Experienced in MuleSoft integration with STEP and ERP environments will be a plus Worked on Branching Strategy and Source Control aspects of STEP project Has exposure to Agile methodology and participated in Scrums and Sprint planning Exposure to STEP upgrade will be a plus Any experience in Release management will be a plus.
