| We are seeking a consultant to help with a new exciting Robotics initiative at Instawork. We are looking for someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running with our current projects. Who You Are: • Perfecting Robotics Data: You have an obsessive attention to detail when it comes to collecting and validating data from robotics sensors. You know how to use tools like ROS, .mcap, and the ZED SDK to ensure every data stream is perfectly synchronized, lossless, and ready for AI model training. • Camera Calibration Wizard: You are a master of camera calibration, with a deep understanding of intrinsic and extrinsic parameters. You know how to use calibration patterns (like checkerboards) to achieve sub-millimeter accuracy and troubleshoot common calibration issues on the fly. What Makes You Stand Out: • You're an Expert in ROS: You don't just use ROS; you know how to build and maintain robust data pipelines with it. Experience with the ZED SDK is a huge plus. • You See the Bigger Picture: You understand that your job isn't just about collecting data—it's about enabling a cutting-edge AI model. You know what makes a dataset good for machine learning and can proactively solve problems to prevent model bias. • Tools of the Trade: You're fluent in Python or C++ and are comfortable using data visualization tools like Foxglove or RViz to debug and validate data quality.

Reporting to a Sales Manager, this role serves as a critical sales team member. It is responsible for establishing a collaborative business relationship between Instawork and mid-enterprise light industrial organizations. This role requires industrial staffing sales experience, ideally in mid-market or enterprise verticals, and includes pursuits that include multiple buyers and stages. This is a results-driven position that requires a track record of success – consistently exceeding quota. Who You Are: • 3+ years experience in Industrial staffing with a focus on net-new business/logo acquisition • A track record of success – consistently exceeding quota • Competitive mentality with an innate desire to be at the top of the leaderboard • Experience – You follow a sales process and methodology (Solutions selling, Challenger, or other) • You have at least 2 years of experience in lead generation/prospecting net new business via door to door prospecting, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through face-to-face client interactions • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Zoominfo • Preferred but not required: You have successfully sold into supply chain or the light industrial space What You’ll Do: • Establish a collaborative business relationship between Instawork and prospective clients • Executing the sales strategy for our B2B mobile marketplace app by reaching out to executives and key decision makers across multiple verticals • Utilize a consulting sales process to demonstrate how Instawork is a faster and cost-effective solution compared to competitors • Ensure a top-notch first experience with Instawork and obsess over expanding the account in the first months as a customer • Strategically work an assigned account list focusing on net new client acquisition, closing new business over the phone and in-person by delivering tailored sales presentations • Conduct field prospecting activities, including visiting potential clients’ businesses, attending industry events, and networking to uncover new sales opportunities • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans • Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth with new customers • Provide actionable product feedback to our supporting teams and the VP of Sales to help iterate our value offering • Utilize our tools and maintain a healthy Salesforce pipeline • Manage your time effectively between office work and field activities to maximize sales opportunities • Demonstrate products or services through in-person presentations and demonstrations at client sites For TX based applicants: • The base salary for this position is $80,000, eligible OTE for a total of $160k, and uncapped incentive plan • This position is eligible for equity in the form of stock options • This position is eligible for Instawork benefits, including: • A variety of medical, dental, and vision plans with coverage beginning on the date of hire • Flexible paid time off • At least 8 paid company holidays annually • Home office stipend • Phone stipend • Commuter stipend • Supplemental pay on qualified leaves • Employee health savings accounts (HSA) contribution • Flexible spending plans • 401K plan • Perkspot - discount program through Lumity Various factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation, including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location.
