About the Role We are looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to take ownership of our infrastructure and developer experience. This is a unique role for someone who wants to remain deeply hands-on while also leading a small team of 2–4 engineers. You’ll consolidate responsibilities currently distributed across the org, and transition Platform Engineering into a focused, high-performing function inside Inspiren.
