About the Role Inspiren is on a mission to build a world where technology augments and empowers human care. As a Software Engineer on our Care team, you will be a key player in this mission. We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to help build, update, and maintain our ecosystem. Your expertise will drive innovation, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies, and you will deliver software that meets the highest standards of quality and performance throughout the entire lifecycle of all of Inspiren’s devices and platforms. What You'll Own Collaboration: Partner with operations, sales, and product teams to understand business challenges and develop robust technical solutions. Technical Excellence: Develop, implement, and maintain our applications: web, mobile, and backend. Feature Development: Analyze software features for performance and make data-driven development decisions. Mentorship: Mentor and elevate other engineers on the team, particularly in the areas of front end design. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of frontend development experience. Technical Skills: Experience with React, and understanding how it works under-the-hood. Experience building APIs and delivering features end-to-end. Experience writing integration tests. Expertise in frontend systems built in Typescript/React. Clean, readable, concise code. Experience implementing beautiful designs in an elegant way. Proactive and collaborative with product designers. Backend: Experience building modern APIs, preferably in Typescript. Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to address problems in real-world settings. A demonstrated ability to work in a team, with excellent skills-sharing capabilities. Strong communication skills both within engineering and to other teams in the company. Details The annual salary for this role is $150,000-$180,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision) Flexible PTO Location: Remote, US or Canada.
