Lead technical strategy and platform adoption for healthcare clients, engaging with C-suite executives and guiding solution architecture. | Over 12 years of experience in enterprise architecture or technical strategy, with deep healthcare industry knowledge, cloud-native data platform expertise, and strong customer-facing skills. | About the Role As a Director/Sr. Director, Enterprise Solution Architecture, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our most strategic customers and prospects, helping them adopt the Gravity Platform to accelerate their digital, data, and AI transformation goals. This is a high-impact, externally facing leadership role that combines technical depth, architectural rigor, and strategic storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to translate complex business needs into innovative platform-driven solutions. Your leadership will directly shape enterprise architecture blueprints, guide large-scale platform adoption, and influence platform evolution. A Day in the Life • Partner with CxOs, VPs, and senior architects at health systems, payers, and partners to craft transformative data and AI platform strategies using Gravity. • Own and deliver executive-level architecture briefings, technical deep dives, and co-innovation workshops. • Drive solution design and technical validation across use cases such as care coordination, risk stratification, prior authorization, RCM acceleration, and digital front door. • Serve as a platform evangelist—representing Innovaccer in customer briefings, industry events, and partner ecosystems. • Guide customers through the build vs. buy journey, technical roadmapping, and platform deployment options (cloud-native, multi-tenant, hybrid). • Work closely with Gravity product managers and engineers to align roadmap priorities with market demand and client feedback. • Lead technical pre-sales efforts for strategic RFPs, POCs, and sandbox deployments. • Collaborate with SMEs in interoperability, clinical informatics, and data governance to design scalable, standards-aligned solutions. • Support GTM motions across providers, payers, and life sciences—from initial pitch to expansion. • Mentor Solution Architects within the team, giving them opportunities to develop and grow What You Need • Strategic Architecture Leadership: 12–18 years of experience driving enterprise architecture, platform adoption, or technical strategy in complex, multi-stakeholder environments—ideally within healthcare, SaaS, or cloud-native ecosystems. • Customer-Facing Expertise: A strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and advise C-suite leaders, enterprise architects, and domain experts across health systems, payers, and partners. • Modern Data Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud-native data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks), ETL/ELT pipelines, semantic layers, and modern data engineering practices. • AI/ML Familiarity: Comfort working with AI-driven products and architecture (LLMs, inference pipelines, AI agents, vector stores) and translating them into value-based solutions. • Healthcare Standards & Interop: Experience with healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR, HL7, X12, and comfort navigating EMRs (Epic, Cerner), payer systems, and APIs. • Solution Design & Technical Storytelling: Strong skills in conceptualizing and presenting complex solutions—able to whiteboard, diagram, and narrate architectures that resonate with business and technical leaders alike. • Collaborative Mindset: Proven success working cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and customer success Preferred Qualifications: • Education: Masters in Computer Science or related field - or equivalent • Experience: Over 7 years as a Solution Architect - preferably in a Pre-Sales role • Certifications: relevant like: AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, We offer competitive benefits to set you up for success in and outside of work. In this role, you will shape and expand Innovaccer’s Flow Solution business across strategic enterprise accounts, working directly with C-level stakeholders to drive large-scale RCM transformation initiatives. What You Need • 12–15+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, enterprise consulting, or digital transformation roles. • Proven track record of driving growth and leading large-scale RCM transformation programs within provider or health system environments. • Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations—including charge capture, claims, denials, A/R management, and financial analytics. • Strong executive presence and ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders (CFO, COO, CIO, Revenue Operations leaders). • Demonstrated success in solution-driven enterprise sales or consulting engagements focused on financial performance improvement. • Excellent storytelling, analytical, and commercial acumen—able to link technology and workflow automation to measurable business value. • Hands-on, collaborative leadership style suited to a fast-paced, startup-like environment. • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
