Lead technical architecture for PACS migration ensuring interoperability, scalability, and standards compliance while mentoring architects. | 12+ years healthcare solution architecture experience with PACS/VNA, expertise in DICOM, HL7, IHE, hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure, and preferred TOGAF certification. | Chief Architect (Senior) Summary: Leads the overall technical architecture for PACS migration, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities: - Define enterprise architecture for Radiology and Cardiology PACS across ministries. - Oversee integration design with EHR, VNA, and imaging modalities. - Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity requirements are met. - Validate vendor technical designs and ensure adherence to standards. - Mentor solution and integration architects across the program. Experience & Skills: - 12+ years in healthcare solution architecture, with extensive PACS/VNA experience. - Deep expertise in DICOM, HL7, IHE, and imaging data lifecycle management. - Strong experience with hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure for imaging workloads. - TOGAF or equivalent certification preferred.
