Manage multiple contracts and coordinate project teams to ensure timely progress and reporting for clean transportation projects. | Bachelor's degree, 7-10 years experience, preferably in energy industry and contract management, with skills in Salesforce and Microsoft Office. | Pay Rate: $40 - 70/hr Energy Industry is Must Department Requesting Resource: Clean Transportation Location of Resource: Remote Is travel required for this position: 10% Expected Duration of Engagement (Years): 2 General Guidance for Expected Years of Experience: 7-10 years Are there any specialized skills that must be present for the position to be successful? • Experience in contract management is preferred but is not required. Similarly, experience with clean transportation concepts and projects is a plus. Education, Certifications, Degree requirements • Bachelors degree required IT systems that will be used • Salesforce, NEIS, Microsoft Office Tasks 1) Initiate, track, and manage more than a dozen contracts stemming from three separate solicitations - including contract with overall support contractor, multiple contracts with planning support firms, and multiple contracts with local governments, transit operators, and community-based organizations for project demonstration; 2) Coordinate and engage with project teams to ensure timely progress on project tasks and deliverables, answer questions and resolve any issues that may arise, and provide support to them in completing their projects; 3) Track, document, and report-out on projects as needed, including progress on scope, schedule, and budget of multiple demonstration projects; 4) Develop materials such as slide decks, written status reports, internal forms, and other documents to communicate the ongoing status of CLIENT programs; 5) Assist with solicitations and contract management for multiple programs within CLIENT Clean Transportation group and the larger Distributed Energy Resources Technology team; and 6) Other duties as assigned that contribute toward the Clean Transportation team.
