Analyze sales data, develop reports and dashboards, and support sales growth initiatives. | Requires 1+ years of Salesforce experience, strong data analysis skills, and experience in a sales environment. | iMBranded is looking for a Sales Operations / Sales Analytics professional who knows how to turn Salesforce data into sales momentum. This role sits at the center of our sales organization—partnering closely with sales leadership to analyze pipeline health, uncover growth opportunities, and improve how we sell. You’ll spend far more time working with sales leaders, analyzing funnel performance, and delivering insights than doing technical configuration. Salesforce is the tool — driving sales performance is the mission. If your background is primarily IT or systems-focused, this role will likely not be the right fit. This position is sales-facing and performance-driven. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (include but are not limited to) • Responsible for driving sales performance by using data to identify opportunities for sales growth and alignment of sales strategy to support iMBranded’s sales team • Support sales performance reporting, partnering closely with various sales teams to understand their critical priorities and data needs • Build, maintain, and monitor reports using query tools to support and inform key stakeholders within the organization • Identifying KPIs, developing reports/dashboards, drawing and delivering key metrics & insights to broader teams with actionable recommendations • Work on various ad hoc Salesforce administration projects with primary emphasis on continuity of sales operations • Manage the relationship with key business stakeholders to help continuously define and meet business priorities • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop growth objectives • Owning the end-to-end process of tracking and analyzing the sales funnel from lead to customer and delivering regular insights to the business • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks • Propose new projects and ideas to further facilitate potential growth through more scalable solutions • Other projects or duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES (include but are not limited to) • Must have excellent data analysis skills and the ability to determine key metrics, analyzing results, gaining insights, trending, and making recommendations to management based on those results • Experience data-mining / analytics experience in a sales environment • Strong data management abilities • Proficiency with computers and the MS Office Suite including Excel • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Detailed, with strong time management and organizational skills. • Critical thinking/problem solving skills. • Capability to engage and guide others in defining workflows for multiple functional areas and ensuring deliverables from an array of internal operators/departments. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 2-5 Years of work-related experience • 1 year of salesforce experience • Understanding of Salesforce administration, best practices and constraints, Security • The ability to research, problem-solve with follow-though is necessary • Demonstrated successful experience working both autonomously and with others in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail • Passion for leading and driving to results, with ability to analyze systems and processes for inefficiencies leading to clearly communicated recommendations for solutions or improvements. Millwork Project Manager

Manage millwork projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and budget adherence, while coordinating with various stakeholders. | High school diploma, 2+ years managing architectural millwork projects, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to read CAD drawings. | The Millwork Project Manager is responsible for the on time and cost optimizing delivery of all millwork projects assigned to them by the Senior Project Manager. In concert with these obligations, the Project Manager is expected to ensure a world class experience for customers throughout a project’s lifecycle. The Project Manager will obtain critical project data from customers and field reps alike and accurately disseminate this data to internal stakeholders who will help to facilitate the project’s completion. This position will monitor and manage every phase of a millwork Project through effective communication and coordination with other functional areas of the Company (production, field reps, design, install, etc.), in addition to communication with customers. Furthermore, this role is tasked with assisting in the determination of project resource requirements and the creation of project schedules and budgets and then monitoring those schedules and budgets to ensure they’re met. The Project Manager will consistently review customer orders to ensure accurate and on time product delivery, while, at the same time, monitoring costs to ensure estimates are met or beaten. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (include but are not limited to) • Manage assigned projects during their lifecycle to ensure optimal profitability through effective planning/organization and monitoring of each project phase. • Ensure the timely and quality fulfillment of customer orders through communication, coordination, and teamwork with other functional areas • Assist in determining production timing/prioritization through planning with various stakeholders (Millwork & Graphic Production areas, Design, etc.) and work with these parties to implement new products and/or processes • Effectively communicate information both written and verbal, issues, requests, & other pertinent items to internal and external parties to ensure projects stay on time, on budget and within scope of committed deliverables • Review CAD drawings (layouts & machining files) for accuracy • Enter pertinent data into company cost accounting systems as needed and forecast accurately • Maintain current knowledge of the millwork programs, specifically staying abreast of materials used or pertinent technological advances • Other duties as assigned by Manager/Company Management REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES (include but are not limited to) • Proficiency with computers and the MS Office Suite, Excel and Word mandatory • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with internal and external customers • Extensive knowledge of millwork production materials & techniques including the ability to read/interpret blueprint and CAD drawings • Detailed, with strong time management and organizational skills • Coordinate with general contractors, architects, design groups and third-party resources • Ability to manage complex projects • Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure • Critical thinking/problem solving skills MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of demonstrated success managing architectural millwork projects/programs from a cost, quality and customer relations perspective • Demonstrated successful experience working both autonomously and with others in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience as a millwork fabricator and/or a millwork CAD designer • Bachelor’s Degree in business and/or Project Management certification • Direct experience with rollout project management PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (include but are not limited to) • The ability to stay seated for extended periods working at a computer • Will walk around to coordinate work or engage coworkers daily WORK ENVIRONMENT • Some minor exposure to saw dust created in product fabrication • Exposure to the sounds of a variety of shop machinery (saws, etc.)
