Manage shipping, receiving, billing, and invoicing, and resolve related issues while maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams. | High school diploma or GED, 3+ years of customer service experience, proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills. | Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. This position works closely with customers and on-site IDL management to handle various product inquiries, special requests, or discrepancies, shipping and receiving as well as billing and invoicing. The position requires positive interpersonal skills including effective verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities: • Manage shipping and receiving within our system in partnership with Distribution Center Manager and Supervisors. • Processing billing and invoicing with tight turnaround times and attention to detail. • Resolve any issues with billing, invoicing, shipping and/or receiving with customers and internal management. • Daily effective communication (email, phone, or in-person) with customers and internal team members and management. • Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes. • Follow IDL corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and assist in enforcing them when necessary. • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. • Other duties as assigned Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:00pm- 11:00pm Hourly Rate: $20.00 plus $1.50 Shift Differential • High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education; Bachelor's degree in business or similar discipline preferred. • 3 years verifiable customer service experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Outstanding computer and data entry skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and manage returned shipments. | Requires experience in inventory control, warehouse procedures, and familiarity with inventory management systems, along with strong attention to detail. | Works in conjunction with the site Operations Manager to maintain accurate inventory levels in their location. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventories. Handles all paperwork and follows all procedures to meet this goal. Verifies all orders received and shipped and ensures that the orders are properly accounted for in the company's records. Accounts for all defective or damaged products and follows with appropriate corrective action. Manages and reconciles all cycle counts. Responsibilities: • Perform cycle counts daily as assigned. • Investigate inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determine root cause of the problem. • Pull slow moving or obsolete inventory as requested by the customer in order to dispose, salvage, or donate. This may include physically lifting or moving product or materials. • Process returned shipments by unloading the trailer and determining what is first quality or damaged inventory. • Ensure that all proper written documentation is signed off and filed. • Participate and coach LTO's during physical inventories or samplings as requested by the customer to ensure the integrity of the inventory process. • Conduct any search to locate products within the system. Adjust records when there are discrepancies. Take steps to correct and prevent discrepancies. • Identify and research unique inventory occurrences to correct them prior to having to lock a bay or make an inventory adjustment. • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, in accordance with Food Safety Guidelines. • Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. • Other duties as assigned Schedule: Monday - Friday / 6:00 pm - 2:30 am Hourly Rate: $20 plus $1.50 Shift Differential • High School diploma/GED or one-year related experience in inventory control and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferred. • Requires knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices. Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems required. • Skills in mathematics, personal computers (Excel) and spreadsheets are vital. • Interpersonal and communication skills are important. • Accuracy and thoroughness required with great attention to detail. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Role and Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Line Lead is responsible for coordinating the production of all work orders/transfers. The Lead is responsible for ensuring the work is produced correctly to the specs of the Client. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard UPH (UPH per hour) and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands, accurately with no errors. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB: • Work closely with the Production Supervisor • Plan production in the area • Ensure all policy and procedures are followed by associates • Verify all work for accuracy • Verify correct product is pulled for production • Verify product produced is accurately produced, scanned, and staged for put-away • Close (or verify closed) all work orders/transfers immediately following production • Communicate all issues to Production Supervisor • Work with IC and dock to maintain product flow in and out of the department • Verify all time sheets are filled out correctly • This job will include other duties as assigned. • Computer literate - Window base systems a plus • Apply the Group Best Practices • Must be flexible to work overtime on short notices as the business need arises. • Must be flexible to work on off days as the business need arises. Schedule: Monday - Thursday 2:30PM - 1:00AM. Must be flexible to work overtime on short notice and on off days as the business need arises. Compensation: $19.50 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential for hours worked.
