Oversee product release planning, communication, and governance to ensure successful launches and client satisfaction. | Extensive experience in product operations, release management, and cross-functional leadership in SaaS or fintech environments, with proficiency in project management tools and strong stakeholder communication skills. | About the Role ICapital is looking to hire a Product Delivery Vice President to be responsible for shaping and executing iCapital’s delivery governance and launch readiness strategy. This role ensures that every product release, large or small, is communicated clearly, delivered predictably, and fully supported across client‑facing and internal teams. The Vice President will partner closely with the Product, Engineering, Implementation, Support, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Relationship Management teams to drive consistency, reduce delivery risk, and improve client experience across the platform. Responsibilities Own the full release communications program, including release notes, relationship management and client updates, and internal firmwide messaging. Ensure all communications are accurate, timely, and aligned to product scope and client impact. Partner with the Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams to deliver clear, consistent messaging across all audiences. Maintain a forward‑looking launch calendar and drive alignment on timing, scope, and cross‑functional readiness. Define and enforce launch readiness standards, including stage gates and completion of enablement materials. Ensure Support, Relationship Manager, Implementation, and Client Experience teams are trained and prepared ahead of launch. Oversee post‑launch checks, early adoption monitoring, and structured follow‑up workflows. Drive intake‑to‑delivery governance, ensuring rollout plans, definitions of done, analytics tagging, and enablement needs are met. Embed delivery governance early in quarterly planning to identify downstream needs at inception. Partner with Program Managers to manage risks, dependencies, cross‑team impacts, and ongoing delivery readiness. Lead readiness reviews, risks and issues discussions, go or no‑go forums, and post‑launch retrospectives. Partner with the Support and Data and Analytics teams to ensure training, KPI scorecards, and actionable insights post‑launch. Qualifications 10+ years in product operations, program and release management, or enterprise product delivery leadership Strong track record leading cross‑functional launches in SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex environments Deep experience with delivery governance, stage‑gates, enablement, and communication frameworks Excellent communication, facilitation, and influence skills with senior stakeholders Able to work independently with minimal guidance Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, SharePoint Familiar with analytics dashboards is a plus Benefits The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $190,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. This role will have a commission based bonus.
