About the position iCapital is hiring a Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic and rapidly growing People team. This senior-level role will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business leaders, driving strategic people initiatives that enable organizational success. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, People Partners, this individual will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy, influencing decision-making, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and people priorities.This role will primarily support our Performance & Risk and Marketing business units, partnering closely with their leadership teams to deliver impactful HR solutions. Responsibilities • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a highly integrated advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategies, and change management. • Organizational Effectiveness: Assess organizational health and effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve performance, engagement, and retention. • Executive Coaching & Influence: Build trusted relationships with leaders, offering counsel on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and talent development. • Employee Experience & Relations: Oversee complex employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment; ensure a fair and consistent approach aligned with company values. • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to identify patterns, diagnose root causes, and inform strategic decisions related to talent, performance, and organizational priorities. • Program Leadership: Drive execution of company-wide HR programs, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation cycles, and employee engagement initiatives. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Operations, Finance, and Legal to deliver integrated solutions across the organization. • Culture Champion: Model and promote our collaborative, high-performance culture; act as a role model for integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred. • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in a senior HRBP or leadership role supporting executive teams. • Proven success in a global, high-growth environment; experience in FinTech or Technology industries strongly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, drive organizational change, and deliver strategic HR solutions. • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact. • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive presence. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. • Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with HR technology platforms and analytics tools.
