This role is an excellent entry point into project management, particularly in the field of ERP systems, and offers an opportunity to work with Acumatica ERP in a dynamic, client-facing environment. The Position The Project Coordinator will assist with planning, coordination, and execution of Acumatica ERP implementations, working closely with the Project Manager. This includes monitoring timelines, supporting cross-functional teams, and helping maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Requirements US Citizens or authorized to work in the U.S only, no international candidates will be considered. Salary Base salary +Discretionary Bonus + Competitive Benefits. Compensation will vary based on experience and utilization. Key Responsibilities: This position involves (but is not limited to) all the following key disciplines and/or services to our broad range of professional clients: • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing Acumatica ERP implementation projects. • Support the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication. • Track project deliverables and update timelines. • Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients. • Prepare project status reports and maintain dashboards. • Document project risks and escalate as necessary. • Assist in user acceptance testing and quality assurance checks. • Participate in post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. • 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or junior project management role. • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools. • Experience with ERP systems, ideally Acumatica, is a plus. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Detail-oriented with good documentation habits. • Comfortable working in team-based environments. • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude. • Must be able to complete assignments in a timely manner. • Maintain superior customer satisfaction scores. • We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with competitive plan options • We provide basic life insurance and long-term disability for all our employees • 401k program with employer match to help you invest in your future • Paid parental leave to support you and your family • 22 paid days off (15 PTO + 7 National Holidays) • Company issued laptop • Company paid training as necessary • Opportunities for professional development and growth • Company issued Laptop and a reimbursed technology stipend (Fixed at $70/monthly and included in your biweekly paycheck). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical support team and our client's support experience. The ERP Support Manager will serve as a mentor for the technical support team and will assist with training the team on Acumatica knowledge, support best practices and enhanced customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Oversee internal case management system and distribution of case work to team members • Manage Level 1 support team and provide training on support best practices, enhanced customer satisfaction and support issue questions • Provide Level 2 assistance on support issues, new work requests and no-code customizations as requested • Manage client version upgrades by monitoring upcoming expirations, communicating with clients on upgrade plan, setting up test environments and ensuring upgrade deadlines are met • Develop and utilize dashboards to help monitor case SLAs and trends and communicate with team on status • Collaborate with other cross-functional team members to discuss customer issues and resolutions and to share best practices. Create Knowledge Base articles for repetitive issues. • Regularly review new version Release Notes and Bug Fixes and update staff as to important issues. Attend Acumatica support webinars or third-party industry educational webinars.
