This leader sets the vision for how Marketing drives scalable revenue impact owning planning performance operating model and infrastructure. As a key member of the Marketing leadership team this role acts as a strategic partner to the CMO and executive leadership ensuring Marketing is accountable to pipeline creation progression and measurable business outcomes. This leader modernizes the Marketing function by embedding AI-enabled execution data-driven decision-making and customer-centric growth strategies at scale while building the operating discipline required to compete globally. Responsibilities Enterprise Marketing Strategy & Growth Leadership Partner directly with the CMO to define and operationalize the end-to-end marketing growth strategy aligned to company-wide revenue and market expansion goals Establish Marketing as a co-owner of all pipeline driving both creation and progression across the funnel Translate business strategy into a clear set of priorities investment decisions and execution frameworks across the global Marketing organization Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on marketing performance investment trade-offs and growth opportunities Global Operating Model & Planning Own the global marketing operating model balancing centralized strategy with regional execution to support international scale Lead annual and quarterly planning across Marketing ensuring alignment to Sales Product and corporate priorities Drive prioritization and resource allocation to maximize pipeline impact and market outcomes Establish clear business rhythms interlocks and accountability mechanisms across functions Revenue Performance ROI & Investment Strategy Develop and maintain the rhythm of the business for pipeline creation and pipe progression so the larger demand gen teams are effective at overall pipe management Lead the pipeline & demand creation calls including working cross-functionally on readiness with data insights. Own Marketing’s performance framework focusing on pipeline ROI and revenue impact measurement Lead budget strategy and allocation across channels programs and regions to optimize for growth and efficiency Identify and correct inefficiencies in digital spend campaign performance and resource utilization Create executive-level visibility into marketing performance and business contribution Data AI & Martech Transformation Define and lead a next-generation marketing data and technology strategy that enables segmentation personalization and decision-making at scale Accelerate adoption of AI to support micro-segmentation content optimization and predictive insights Ensure data integrity governance and usability across platforms including resolving account-level data challenges Evolve the martech ecosystem to support ABM GEO and cross-channel engagement strategies Operational Excellence & Organizational Leadership Build and lead a high-performing Marketing Strategy & Operations function that enables scale execution discipline and accountability Establish governance frameworks processes and best practices that improve speed quality and efficiency Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives related to systems data and ways of working Foster a culture of ownership performance accountability and continuous improvement Market Visibility & Growth Enablement Advance digital and AI-driven visibility strategies including GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to ensure competitive presence in emerging search environments Enable strong alignment across brand communications analyst relations and events to drive market leadership and growth Minimum Qualifications 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with demonstrated ownership of strategy operations and revenue impact Proven track record of scaling marketing functions in a growing global B2B software or technology environment Deep experience in demand generation marketing operations and performance management tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes Strong understanding of modern marketing capabilities including AI ABM and digital transformation Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing enterprise strategy Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced evolving and globally distributed organization

This role owns product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a sophisticated AI and search solution, working closely with engineering, marketing, solution engineers, sales, and other key stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in shaping how enterprise customers adopt AI responsibly, particularly in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, and government. This product is part of Hyland's Content Innovation Cloud (CIC) — the company's cloud-native foundation for unifying content, data, and processes across the enterprise.
