This role owns product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a sophisticated AI and search solution, working closely with engineering, marketing, solution engineers, sales, and other key stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in shaping how enterprise customers adopt AI responsibly, particularly in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, and government. This product is part of Hyland's Content Innovation Cloud (CIC) — the company's cloud-native foundation for unifying content, data, and processes across the enterprise. Here's What You'll Do Own and evolve the product roadmap as a living expression of strategy, customer value, and business outcomes; balance near-term delivery with long-term innovation in AI-powered search and decision support; connect customer problems, market trends, and business priorities into a clear product direction Lead continuous customer discovery through interviews, pilots, and feedback loops; validate problem statements, solution approaches, and value hypotheses using real customer evidence; translate discovery insights into roadmap decisions and measurable outcomes Partner closely with engineering to define requirements for AI-powered capabilities — including search, retrieval, enrichment, and agent-based workflows leveraging RAG, Graph RAG, and agentic orchestration — guiding execution from ideation through launch, iteration, and optimization Maintain strong awareness of the AI, enterprise search, and intelligent knowledge systems landscape; track emerging approaches across generative AI and AI-assisted decision making; apply competitive insights to influence roadmap, differentiation, and positioning Partner with Marketing, Solution Engineers, and Sales to articulate clear product value and differentiation; support enablement materials, demos, release narratives, and customer-facing content; translate technical progress into outcome-focused messaging for internal and external audiences Serve as a trusted product voice across engineering, marketing, solution engineering, sales, and leadership; influence decisions through clarity, credibility, and data-driven reasoning; shape thought leadership and mentor and collaborate with peers and cross-functional partners Technology Tools Generative AI Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Graph RAG Agentic Orchestration Role Essentials 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager owning complex technology products, with strong understanding of enterprise software and full product lifecycle management Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams, reason about technical tradeoffs, and maintain delivery momentum while anticipating dependencies and risks Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and lead problem discovery through direct customer engagement Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technology into clear business value Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think beyond feature delivery to product value, including positioning, pricing, and business impact What We'd Like to See Experience with AI-powered products, enterprise search, or data-driven platforms Familiarity with Generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, or intelligent content systems Experience building products for regulated or security-sensitive environments such as healthcare, insurance, or government Exposure to AI evaluation, feedback loops, or learning systems that improve over time Experience supporting sales enablement, demos, or customer-facing engagements About Hyland Hyland is the pioneer of the Content Innovation Cloud™, delivering ubiquitous enterprise intelligence to organizations with solutions that unlock actionable insights and drive automation. © Hyland. Develop and execute sales plans, manage accounts and pipelines, collaborate on software demos, and lead negotiation and closing processes. | Associate's degree or equivalent, fluency in English, Arabic, and French, experience as an Account Manager, proficiency in sales and account planning tools, strong communication and negotiation skills. | Description: • Develop a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed quota, including the identification and prioritization of opportunities for assigned moderate risk, moderate impact existing or potential customers or partners • Develop and communicate accurate sales forecasting on a real-time basis • Proactively initiate contact with potential customers, customers and partners on a regular basis to develop, maintain and expand business relationships. • Collaborate with all available company resources to develop and maintain pipeline • Take proactive measures to streamline and constantly improve account management and the sales process • Partner with sales solution engineers in the development of software demonstrations for customers or potential customers; actively contribute and participate in software demonstration • Record all customer account information in the CRM, including opportunities, commitments, meaningful conversations, customer visits or sales calls • Understanding of best practices and market trends, as well as customer and potential customers business and technical needs. • Pursue opportunities for company expansion and integration • Engage company specialist and support resources as needed to advance opportunities • Assist with determining the viability of Request for Proposal (RFP) requests and directly influence the appropriate development of the response • Attend and actively contribute to trade shows; ensure customers or potential customers are participating in company marketing efforts to the best of their ability • Develop the closing plan for accounts; engage internal leadership as necessary to help lead negotiation and contracting process to ensure deal is closed on time, as forecasted Requirements: • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience • Fluency in English, Arabic and French • Experience as an Account Manager • Demonstrated knowledge of sales in relevant technology solution or assigned industry • Proficient in opportunity management and account planning tools • Microsoft Windows and Office proficient • Strong ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others • Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact • Highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking • Self-motivated with the ability to manage work independently to completion • Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas • Good negotiating and influencing skills Benefits:
