In this position you will be responsible for producing email marketing campaigns that meet the organization’s fundraising and advocacy goals and supporting the day to day operations of the team. Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and disseminate digital content related to email marketing. This includes all phases of content review, quality control, and sending emails to appropriate audiences using segmentation strategies; • Manage projects between campaigns, departments, and other stakeholders based on priority, audience and timing of digital campaigns; work directly with the creative and technology teams to get necessary assets for campaigns; • Maintain, review, and update live digital campaign content; • Analyze email campaign performance; provide reports and recommendations; • Provide cross-checking and quality control for team members’ content as needed; • Research trends and creative innovative opportunities in the digital marketing space; • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required; • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital content development, production, or marketing required, preferably for an advocacy or other nonprofit organization required; • Experience with HTML, CSS, basic web design, email, website, and constituent management systems (such as Engaging Networks) strongly preferred; • Experience in the nonprofit sector desired, but not required; • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary; • Great organizational and time management skills are necessary; • Ability to think creatively and solve problems strategically; • Ability to manage projects and work well with in a team; • Strong interest in animal protection issues desired. In this position you will support Digital Marketing and other departments by providing front-end, global web development solutions for fundraising, advocacy engagement, and other strategic priorities. Responsibilities: • Collaborates regularly with Digital Marketing, Brand and Visuals, and IS teams to discuss project requirements and makes technical recommendations. Writes efficient code and maintains custom donation forms, advocacy forms, and other webpages. Incorporates best practices for user experience, accessibility, page speed optimization, and GDPR compliance implementation. Takes into account global regulations and standards, regional data compliance, and security compliance; • Follows quality assurance procedures. Troubleshoots technical issues affecting donation forms, advocacy forms, and webpages in Engaging Networks. Works closely with vendor partners; • Works with the Information Security team to ensure that digital properties meet security standards; • Collaborates with the testing team to gather testing requirements and implement new features to run A/B and multivariate tests on forms; • Creates and maintains clear and concise documentation of custom web development, support guides, and incident reports; • Performs other duties as assigned. In this position you will lead the organization’s editorial team and content output, including website content, reports, advertisements, event items, outreach materials and merchandise. You will serve as editorial brand director, developing and guiding strategy on the storytelling, style, messaging and tone of organizational communications, ensuring they cohere and support our vision and mission. You will also manage and enhance the brand by encouraging strategic and aesthetic consistency on all channels and venues and by engaging staff in the broad organizational vision. Responsibilities: • Manages editorial teams for annual reports and other branding and outreach materials; contributes to website content strategy, storytelling and editorial review, shaping communications that inspire constituents to engage in action and advocacy that supports the organizational mission.
