We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the smooth, efficient flow of goods in and out of the facility. This role will be responsible for coordinating warehouse staff, managing inventory accuracy, ensuring safety and quality standards, and supporting process improvements to drive efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to balance hands-on work with leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: • Work Alongside the Team: Take an active role in daily operations, setting the pace and supporting team members to ensure smooth workflow. • Daily Coordination: Organize tasks and delegate responsibilities to maintain steady workflow and meet shipping deadlines. • Inventory Oversight: Track and manage stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and help maintain an organized, well-labeled warehouse. • Receiving & Shipping: Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, verify purchase orders, and ensure products are properly received, stocked, and shipped. • Quality & Safety: Conduct spot checks for order accuracy, packaging standards, and safety compliance. • Team Support: Train new hires and assist in creating a collaborative, positive environment where everyone contributes to success. • Warehouse Maintenance: Help keep the space clean, organized, and safe for all staff. Qualifications and Skills: • 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics operations. • Prior experience in a lead or keyholder role within a small team environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a hands-on role. • Basic computer proficiency (data entry, inventory systems, or shipping software). • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Knowledge of ShipStation or similar platforms is a plus. • Forklift experience or certification preferred but not required. We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the implementation and success of Rippling within our organization. This individual will work closely with the CTO, IT, HR, Finance, Senior Leadership, and company-wide stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption and automation of HR, IT, Finance, Spend, and Travel management processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HRIS and IT systems, with the ability to build cross-departmental alignment, measure success through defined metrics, and optimize operations through automation. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end implementation and company-wide rollout of Rippling across HR, IT, and Finance. Implementing HR successfully for first payroll in January 2026. • Collaborate with HR on recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, time-off management, and offboarding workflows. • Partner with IT on device onboarding/offboarding, policy enforcement, asset tracking, and helpdesk operations. • Partner with Finance on invoice approvals, GL mapping, payments, corporate card distribution, spend policies, and budget automation. • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure project success and adoption, reporting directly to the CTO and senior leadership. • Drive change management, adoption strategies, and employee training resources to ensure seamless company-wide usage. • Continuously identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency across HR, IT, and Finance functions. Qualifications and Skills: • 7+ years of product management experience with HRIS/IT/Finance systems. • Proven track record in implementing and managing platforms like Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, Okta, or Coupa. • Strong knowledge of HR operations, IT systems management, and Finance workflows. • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. • Strong analytical ability with experience in defining and tracking success metrics. • Exceptional communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams.
