Assist customers with product and technical questions, support sales process, and report product issues. | Automotive enthusiasm, some technical experience, good communication skills, and willingness to travel. | JOB DESCRIPTION Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has an immediate opening for an MSD Technical Sales Representative in office at our El Paso location, or Remote. This position is responsible for providing world class customer service and technical support to Holley customers across Holley brands which include Holley, Holley Sniper, and MSD. The selected candidate will spend most of his/her time selling our products, answering product questions as well as resolving technical issues. Prior experience working with cars/trucks as well as any sales or customer service skills is preferred. Annual base salary $36,088 plus commission earnings. Salary plus average commission earnings could lead upwards of $40,000 or more. Provide technical support and customer service, diagnose issues, document problems, and support sales efforts. | Requires 2-3 years in customer service or technical support, strong computer literacy, and good communication skills. | Job Description: Responsible for technical support to customers and distributors. This role partners closely with internal team members to promote and continuously improve the customer experience by addressing technical support and customer service needs in a timely, professional manner. Job Responsibilities * Respond to customer and dealer support tickets via phone, email, and ticketing system * Diagnose and troubleshoot customer vehicle and product issues * Issue RMAs for faulty or returned products * Document product issues and coordinate follow-up with the Quality Control team * Manage general information requests and customer communications promptly and accurately * Support sales efforts by answering product and service questions and suggesting relevant products or services * Learn and stay current on new products; educate customers on features and usage * Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer profiles and interaction notes * Resolve product or service issues by clarifying concerns, identifying root causes, researching solutions, and following up to ensure resolution * Participate in required company events, trade shows, and customer-facing activities * Assist the Sales Department with dealer and customer support inquiries as needed Qualifications & Experience * High school diploma or equivalent required * 2–3 years of experience in customer service or technical support * Strong computer literacy and experience with CRM systems * Ability to analyze technical information and troubleshoot issues effectively * Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Automotive enthusiast with knowledge of1967–1987 Chevy C10 trucks and classic Mustangs preferred Preferred Skills * Experience supporting automotive or aftermarket performance products * Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment * Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
