Pay: $25 Hybrid- Plano, TX Role Overview The Contract Associate Analyst is responsible for supporting the 340B contract pharmacy direct replenishment program, working across product, account management, operations, accounting, and client support. The role has financial impact on a multi-million-dollar business line and requires autonomous work with minimal expert guidance. The position involves implementing new clients, resolving operational and invoicing issues, and supporting various replenishment models. Accurate documentation and adherence to business requirements are crucial. Key Responsibilities • New Client Implementations (30%) – Onboard and set up new direct replenishment clients. • Operations & Invoicing Support (30%) – Resolve issues across multiple stakeholder groups. • Operational Support (30%) – Maintain and support various direct replenishment models. • Other Tasks (10%) – Assigned as needed, including internal presentations and project updates. Skills & Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 3+ years relevant experience strongly preferred (new graduates not suitable). Technical Skills: • Advanced Excel proficiency preferred (Intermediate required). • Financial reporting and analysis experience. • Ability to follow directions and document work accurately. Soft Skills: • Strong client-facing communication skills. • Ability to interpret situations and determine the best approach. • Consistently meet deadlines. Manage change initiatives focused on Gen AI adoption, develop and deliver training materials, coordinate sessions, and support digital transformation efforts. | 5+ years in change management and process improvement, experience with AI adoption, digital learning strategy development, and training coordination. | As a Change Manager you will successfully manage change management initiatives in the AI space and work closely with the change management team to building training with an understanding of AI adoption and assist in getting these trainings out to teams faster. You will also drive excellence in change management in support of the technology digital transformation efforts. Comments for Suppliers: Must be on site at Beaverton - Mon-Thurs; onsite and Friday WFH This role is heavily focused on driving Gen AI adoption across the business. This role will be both delivering training, scheduling sessions, coordinating across business groups to drive productive adoption of Gen AI solutions and agents. The change plan is in place, but the need for experts in change management adoption, Gen AI knowledge and a skillset to help those curious but unsure on Gen AI to take it to the next level. • **This role, specifically, will be heavily focused on building e-learning material and coordinating trainings with a FTE Change manager. Once deployed, we would pivot this role to help with agent training and facilitating workshops. Some learning and development experience a plus.*** Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with process improvement, change management, and adoption of new technologies. Experience with AI and driving use of AI in workplace (Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot is a plus). Proven experience in developing and implementing digital learning strategies (Experience with Articulate 360 is a plus). Experience leveraging data analytics and AI tools for personalized learning. Develop and activate training plan and materials to generate momentum, raise awareness and minimize business disruption. Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of digital learning programs and initiatives in Gen AI.
