Full Description

Position: Contract/Pricing Analyst ( 340B) Duration : 06 months (High Potential to Extend) Location: 4–5 business days of onsite orientation/training (Memphis, FL, TX, or St. Louis locations). (After training: Work is fully remote (work from home, Monday–Friday, 8–5). Location requirement: Candidate should ideally live within 1 hour of the training site to commute for orientation. Pay: $25 Hybrid- Plano, TX Role Overview The Contract Associate Analyst is responsible for supporting the 340B contract pharmacy direct replenishment program, working across product, account management, operations, accounting, and client support. The role has financial impact on a multi-million-dollar business line and requires autonomous work with minimal expert guidance. The position involves implementing new clients, resolving operational and invoicing issues, and supporting various replenishment models. Accurate documentation and adherence to business requirements are crucial. Key Responsibilities • New Client Implementations (30%) – Onboard and set up new direct replenishment clients. • Operations & Invoicing Support (30%) – Resolve issues across multiple stakeholder groups. • Operational Support (30%) – Maintain and support various direct replenishment models. • Other Tasks (10%) – Assigned as needed, including internal presentations and project updates. Skills & Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 3+ years relevant experience strongly preferred (new graduates not suitable). Technical Skills: • Advanced Excel proficiency preferred (Intermediate required). • Financial reporting and analysis experience. • Ability to follow directions and document work accurately. Soft Skills: • Strong client-facing communication skills. • Ability to interpret situations and determine the best approach. • Consistently meet deadlines.
