About the Role: The Director, R&D Program Management is a core leader within the Compounding & Innovation PMO, reporting to the Director, Compounding & Innovation Program Management. This role leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of all R&D programs across compounding and innovation—turning R&D strategy into executable, cross-functional project plans. About the Role: We are seeking a Director, Sterile Operations to lead our state-of-the-art 503A sterile compounding operation. About the Role: Hims & Hers is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join the Order Management team and will report to the Director of Order Management. This is a highly cross functional role and external-facing. Your work will ensure strategic initiatives are implemented in alignment with Operational and Company goals, ultimately ensuring on-time delivery and operational excellence across the network. Responsibilities: ● Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives that align with business objectives; concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high quality project deliverables, hitting milestones, clear documentation and proactive communication. ● Develop and manage new and existing external pharmacy partnerships including establishing standardized processes and best practices, development of KPIs, identifying areas of improvement - process or systematic, leading recurring business reviews and serving as primary point of contact. ● Drive performance of external pharmacy partnerships for key milestones to ensure on time customer delivery and operational goals. ● Collaborate with cross functional groups, including but not limited to Pharmacy Partners, Operations, System Product teams, CareOps (CX and Telemed) and balance stakeholders, customer, clinical and business needs. ● Own clear and regular communication on progress, potential blockers and escalations with relevant stakeholders, including Operations senior leadership. ● Continuously monitor and analyze performance to identify patterns, trends and opportunities for improvement and implement recommendations. ● Document issues, decisions, and process changes to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
