Heritage Urgent & Primary Care wants you to join our team! We are looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to float between our Wake Forest and Raleigh location. The ideal candidate has pleasant phone etiquette, knowledge of insurance, a positive attitude, and prior experience working in a medical office. Some duties include: • Registers and schedules patient appointments in person or by telephone • Check-In and Check-Out Patients • Scheduling phone calls • Faxing and Scanning Medical Records • Collects Payments and Patient Co-Pays • Patient Portal Correspondence • Other administrative duties as assigned. We offer competitive pay, benefits and 401k, and paid time off.
