The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and tools. Responsibilities • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. • Create engaging content tailored to each platform that aligns with our brand voice and goals. • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines. • Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, responding appropriately to engage with the audience. • Manage social media accounts using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling and analytics. • Analyze performance metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. • Collaborate with graphic design teams to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. • Oversee public relations efforts by maintaining relationships with influencers and media outlets. • Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines. • Support e-commerce initiatives through targeted social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising. • Create video content as needed, utilizing video editing skills for promotional materials or social media posts. Qualifications • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices in branding and relationship management. • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. • Familiarity with social listening tools and techniques for effective audience engagement. • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics is essential. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. • Experience in content creation that resonates with target audiences across various platforms. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. • A passion for photography is advantageous for creating visually compelling content.
