Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and tools. Responsibilities • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. • Create engaging content tailored to each platform that aligns with our brand voice and goals. • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines. • Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, responding appropriately to engage with the audience. • Manage social media accounts using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling and analytics. • Analyze performance metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. • Collaborate with graphic design teams to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. • Oversee public relations efforts by maintaining relationships with influencers and media outlets. • Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines. • Support e-commerce initiatives through targeted social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising. • Create video content as needed, utilizing video editing skills for promotional materials or social media posts. Qualifications • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices in branding and relationship management. • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. • Familiarity with social listening tools and techniques for effective audience engagement. • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics is essential. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. • Experience in content creation that resonates with target audiences across various platforms. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. • A passion for photography is advantageous for creating visually compelling content.
