What you´ll do • Material Receipts – Unloading inbound materials from suppliers and contract manufacturers, using standard material movement equipment. • Use of handheld scanning equipment to receive material into DC warehouse management system (WMS), after verifying counts. • Material Put Away – Storing material in appropriate rack locations based on WMS or leader instructions. • Order Preparation – Picks materials based on WMS picklist instructions, building skids or parcel boxes, as appropriate. • Includes proper stretch wrapping or void fills of parcel boxes. Stages outbound materials in designated areas. • Shipping – Loads trucks for outbound shipment using appropriate material handling equipment. • Maintains Correct Inventory Levels in WMS – Processes cycle counts, based on instructions, to maintain proper inventory numbers. • Ensures Safe Use of Material Movement Equipment – operates equipment in a safe manner and reports any repair needs to management. Also includes the use of the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the assigned task. • Maintains Safe and Clean Work Environment – Keeps shelving and floors clear of obstructions, keeping areas organized. Includes sweeping of floors and cleaning of shelves as necessary.

It is both an external-facing and internal leadership role, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforces brand identity, tone, and trust. • In addition, this role will lead DevaCurl’s Texture Education Collective™ (TEC) initiative, positioning the brand as an industry changemaker and ensuring ongoing advocacy for textured hair education across the professional community. Key Responsibilities PR & Earned Media Strategy: • Lead PR planning and execution to deliver consistent, high-quality coverage across beauty, lifestyle, and textured-hair media. • Build integrated PR plans that amplify broader marketing campaigns and launches. • Track press coverage and measure impact on awareness, brand sentiment, and engagement. • Integrate PR calendar with overall marketing campaigns for cross-channel alignment. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
