What you'll do • This role ensures smooth product quality transitions between manufacturing sites, upholds quality standards, and minimizes customer impact while meeting customer commitments. • Lead the quality work for technology transfer portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple sites and SBUs. • Provide inputs early in project planning on resources needed to effectively execute and enable Quality Right First Time start up. • Lead and manage projects' quality work streams to ensure customer-specific communication and qualification plans are defined to meet customers and industry requirements, validation plans are complete to determine risk based on statistically or technical equivalency, inspection & testing methods variation is recognized and managed, and control plan at the receiving site(s) incorporates prior lessons learned before start-up. • Ensure Global Critical-to-Quality Standards are incorporated into the risk mitigation plan prior to launch to support "clean start" production. What makes you a good fit • Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field (advanced degree preferred). • Proven experience in managing manufacturing transitions preferred. • 3+ years in quality management in chemical manufacturing. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Strong understanding of the Five Quality Fundamentals with ability to execute and teach. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
