About the Role Hello Heart is growing, and we are looking for an Information Technology Systems Engineer to help scale our internal technology infrastructure, improve employee support, and build smarter systems for the teams that power our business. Reporting into our Director, Information Technology and Help Desk, you will be a key technical partner in strengthening our software as a service environment, building custom automations, improving Help Desk operations, and supporting the systems that help employees work securely and efficiently. You will build custom application programming interface integrations, deploy artificial intelligence tools to improve team efficiency, partner closely with Security, Compliance, and Legal on Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act requirements, and help create scalable support workflows that move beyond one-off ticket resolution. This role will be expected to regularly work Eastern Standard Time zone hours. We are a global company with teams across the US and Tel Aviv. Responsibilities Administer, optimize, and support core software as a service platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Linear, Iru, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Intune. Build and maintain internal systems, automations, dashboards, and analytics that extend core platforms and improve visibility into access, employee lifecycle workflows, license utilization, and operational performance. Use artificial intelligence coding tools, including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools, to accelerate custom scripts, integrations, data analysis, and workflow automation across Iru, Microsoft Intune, and other internal systems. Drive high-quality Help Desk delivery, including support for executive leadership, by resolving issues quickly, identifying root causes, and turning recurring requests into scalable, automation-powered solutions. Create, maintain, and improve runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and internal documentation to strengthen team consistency, reduce time to resolution, and support long-term operational excellence. Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to maintain Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and regulatory compliance, resolve control gaps, and ensure access management and data handling meet company standards. Use information security platforms and continuous monitoring tools to support audit readiness, identify risks, and improve operational controls. Provide remote support across all company locations, including office networking, audio and video conferencing hardware, Google Meet, and Zoom. Own the hardware and software lifecycle, including purchasing, deployment, asset tracking, license management, support, and secure retirement. Qualifications Experienced building AI agents and using coding assistants in your daily workflow to delegate multi-step technical work, accelerate scripting, troubleshoot systems, and improve operational efficiency. 3+ years of experience in Information Technology Systems Engineering, Systems Administration, or advanced Help Desk escalation, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth, or scale-up environment. Hands-on experience building custom solutions and automations in Google Cloud Platform, with proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages. Experience working with representational state transfer application programming interfaces and building integrations across business systems. Deep knowledge of Google Workspace Enterprise administration, Single Sign-On, System for Cross-domain Identity Management, and mobile device management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Kandji, or Jamf. Experience operating in a regulated environment, including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act or Service Organization Control 2, with familiarity using continuous compliance monitoring tools such as Vanta. Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and build durable solutions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting remote teams and executive stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000.00 to $120,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. About the Role Hello Heart is seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Launches & Commercialization to help scale how we bring major roadmap investments, new products, new market opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives to life. This role sits at the center of Client Strategy & Growth, Client Experience, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Enablement, and our Product & Engineering teams in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic yet hands-on operator who can translate ambitious ideas into executable plans, drive alignment across executive stakeholders, and ensure Hello Heart's most important initiatives successfully move from concept to commercialization. This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for an enterprise problem solver and business athlete who thrives in ambiguity, influences without authority, and can partner effectively with senior leaders to turn strategy into measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires equal parts strategic thinking, commercial judgment, operational excellence, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to leverage AI to improve execution, accelerate decision-making, and increase organizational efficiency. This individual will help shape how Hello Heart launches new capabilities, evolves go-to-market motions, scales commercialization practices, and executes high-impact strategic initiatives across the company. Responsibilities Lead the company's biggest new product launches and growth projects. Turn big ideas and leadership goals into clear, step-by-step plans. Work closely with teams across the company, including teams in Tel Aviv, to make sure everyone is ready for new launches. Help leaders make smart decisions by pointing out risks and choices. Fix problems and remove roadblocks to keep projects moving forward. Create simple guides and rules so the company can launch new products smoothly every time. Use AI tools to work faster, save time, and help the team make better decisions. Provide executive leadership with clear, actionable reports to facilitate precise decision-making. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in business, consulting, or healthcare technology. Proven success leading projects at scale with many different teams and leaders. Experience bringing new products or services to market. Great problem-solving skills and the ability to find smart solutions to tough business issues. Ability to build trust with leadership and help drive consensus on major decisions. Strong understanding of how business choices affect customers and company success. Master at staying organized and keeping projects moving even when things are ambiguous and changing fast. Excellent communication skills to explain complicated ideas simply. Experience working with startup companies and international teams, like developers in Tel Aviv. Skilled at using AI tools to get work done faster and smarter. Experience in digital healthcare, health insurance, or consulting is highly desired. Having an MBA or a similar advanced business degree is advantageous but not required. Ability to travel 30-35% of the time The US base salary range for this full-time position is $217,000.00 to $235,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level.
