Manage Tribal client accounts end-to-end including engagement, retention, growth, and collaboration with Tribal health programs and internal teams.
Requires 4+ years in customer success or account management in healthcare or population health, preferably with Tribal or Indian Health Service experience, strong relationship-building, cultural sensitivity, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
Description: • Manage end-to-end ownership of Tribal client accounts, including adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. • Build and sustain trusted partnerships with Tribal leadership, councils, and community health representatives, ensuring respect for Tribal sovereignty and cultural values. • Develop customized engagement and adoption strategies tailored to the unique needs of Tribal communities, rural populations, and Tribal health systems. • Collaborate with Tribal health programs, Indian Health Service (IHS), and other community-based organizations to ensure alignment with health goals and program requirements. • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, helping them achieve their health improvement, member engagement, and program sustainability objectives. • Partner closely with Hello Heart’s product and clinical teams to bring the Tribal client perspective into product roadmap planning, championing new offerings that improve outcomes for underserved populations. • Own all aspects of renewals, revenue retention, and account growth while ensuring a positive and mission-aligned client experience. • Travel as needed up to 50% to Tribal communities to build relationships and support successful program implementation. Requirements: • 4+ years of customer success, account management, or healthcare program management experience in population health, digital health, or healthcare. • Strongly preferred: direct experience working with Tribal Nations, Tribal health systems, or Indian Health Service programs. • Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships across diverse stakeholders, including community health workers, Tribal councils, and senior leadership. • Knowledge of health equity, social determinants of health, and healthcare challenges in Tribal communities. • Proven success driving client engagement, retention, and satisfaction in mission-driven settings. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with sensitivity to cultural context. • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments; start-up experience highly preferred. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Willing to travel 40%, with flexibility to visit rural or reservation-based communities.
