Position: Front Desk Coordinator / Billing Specialist Location: Remote Schedule: Part Time Key Responsibilities: • Answer and return emails, and messages professionally • Schedule appointments and manage calendars • Verify insurance and obtain authorizations • Submit, track, and follow up on claims • Handle billing questions and payment processing • Maintain accurate and confidential records • Provide exceptional customer service to clients/patients Qualifications: • Previous front desk, administrative, or billing experience preferred • Knowledge of insurance verification and claims processing (especially healthcare billing a plus) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and work independently • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and basic computer programs What We Offer: • Fully remote position • Supportive and collaborative team environment • Flexible scheduling (where applicable) • Competitive pay based on experience Job Type: Contract Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
