This collaboration is critical across the business teams, infrastructure management, and engineering teams • Compliance Integration: Ensure enterprise products are designed to meet regulatory demands (e.g., Privacy, Risk, Audit) at scale. Design at scale to ensure that within development lifecycle workstreams, compliance obligations are embedded within the security coding practices • Innovation & AI: Integrate AI capabilities and advanced automation into defensive security tooling and threat detection • Financial Management: Manage financial responsibility over the entirety of the security product roadmap inclusive of SaaS, services, and staffing • Vendor Management: Monitor vendor security performance and identify areas for improvement. The AVP of Operations is responsible for overseeing Healthmap’s non-clinical teams and enhancing member engagement. This role involves driving operational results and collaborating with senior leaders to improve efficiency and operationalize new products. | Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, with a master's preferred, and at least 10 years of leadership experience in operations. Experience in managing call centers and working with health insurance companies is highly preferred. | Position Summary: The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Operations is primarily responsible for Healthmap’s non-clinical teams and effective member engagement. The AVP, Operations will partner across the company to provide non-clinical support to clinical campaigns and other operations initiatives. Healthmap’s non-clinical teams are critical in improving member health by making a great first impression and establishing a relationship of trust with the member. This role will work with Healthmap’s senior leaders to improve operational efficiency, improve member engagement, and assist with oversight of critical day-to-day non-clinical functions. As a key leader they are directly responsible for driving operational results while acting as a thought leader at Healthmap. This position will lead teams to achieve desired outcomes. This role includes managing the accounting team, establishing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. | Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a CPA certification. A minimum of 8 years of accounting experience and 2 years in a leadership role are required, with a preference for healthcare accounting experience. | Position Summary: The Assistant Controller oversees Healthmap’s accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial results.
