The Financial Analyst will prepare and analyze financial plans, forecasts, and reports while comparing budgets with actual results. They will also assist in implementing revenue recognition concepts and increase productivity through automation. | A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required along with 2 years of relevant work experience. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning software is preferred. | Position Summary: The Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes. By providing reporting and analytics to department managers and executive management, the financial analyst can assist with the decision-making process. The AVP of Operations is responsible for overseeing Healthmap’s non-clinical teams and enhancing member engagement. This role involves driving operational results and collaborating with senior leaders to improve efficiency and operationalize new products. | Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, with a master's preferred, and at least 10 years of leadership experience in operations. Experience in managing call centers and working with health insurance companies is highly preferred. | Position Summary: The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Operations is primarily responsible for Healthmap’s non-clinical teams and effective member engagement. The AVP, Operations will partner across the company to provide non-clinical support to clinical campaigns and other operations initiatives. Healthmap’s non-clinical teams are critical in improving member health by making a great first impression and establishing a relationship of trust with the member. This role will work with Healthmap’s senior leaders to improve operational efficiency, improve member engagement, and assist with oversight of critical day-to-day non-clinical functions. As a key leader they are directly responsible for driving operational results while acting as a thought leader at Healthmap. This position will lead teams to achieve desired outcomes. Finally, the position will assist key senior leaders to operationalize new products. Responsibilities: Strategic oversight of Healthmap’s non-clinical operations Alignment with the clinical services team and Regional Vice Presidents Lead multiple teams that include and may be subject to change o Mail Fulfillment – Direct oversight of the mail fulfilment center including mail vendor management o Member Engagement – Provide operational and strategic leadership for the outbound call center team that is charged with obtaining consent from members to join Healthmap’s Kidney Health Management program o Workforce Management – providing support to both clinical and non-clinical departments Drive operational efficiency Manage all Member Incentive Programs – ensuring appropriate ROI and effectiveness Vendor management of supporting telecom and mail services Develop additional reporting capabilities to monitor team effectiveness Work directly with key senior leaders within Clinical Operations to improve operational efficiency Work directly with the Account Management Executives to enhance operational offerings while overseeing operational results Ensure company adherence with legal and regulatory requirements Conduct quality improvement and outcomes studies Participate in customer management activities Business lead for new solutions and product development Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, Masters degree preferred At least 10 years’ experience in a leadership position Operations experience required Operational clinical cross functional matrix experience Experience with running Inbound and Outbound Call Centers Experience managing teams that engage with customers directly (B2C operations) highly preferred Experience with health insurance companies and related vendors highly preferred Experience leading mail fulfillment teams preferred Skills: Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to target audience Strong relationship building skills, prioritization and solutions oriented Strong strategic thinking, critical thinking, analytical ability, verbal, and written communication skills to target audience Metrics driven ability to understand key goals from program and understand reporting results to communicate areas of opportunity to all stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Travel: Limited Travel, scheduled per needs of the business #LI-Remote
The Assistant Controller oversees Healthmap’s accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial results. This role includes managing the accounting team, establishing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. | Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a CPA certification. A minimum of 8 years of accounting experience and 2 years in a leadership role are required, with a preference for healthcare accounting experience. | Position Summary: The Assistant Controller oversees Healthmap’s accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial results. This role will execute and optimize accounting strategy, lead teams and partners cross functionally to advise on accounting best practices, manage the accounting team, establish and maintain internal controls, and ensure compliance with GAAP standards. Responsibilities: Coordinate all accounting operations functions, including accounts payable and receivable and revenue cycle management Lead internal and external audit processes by coordinating between auditors and internal stakeholders Stay current on changes in accounting standards to ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance with latest GAAP guidance Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results Identify opportunities for improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting addressing short-, mid- and long term direction Assist with corporate insurance and treasury management strategies Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff to build a high-performance team Provide leadership with information vital to the decision-making process, and makes recommendations for system and process enhancements that mitigate risks Act as a key advisor to identifying opportunities, trends, risks, and understanding financial results Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field required Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required 8 years proven accounting experience 2 years of experience as a people leader or manager Healthcare Accounting background highly preferred Proven experience managing audits Working knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP) Skills: Proficiency working with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Analytic, organization and problem-solving skills Strategic data interpretation making inferences of key data Effective communication and presentation skills Travel: Limited Travel, Scheduled per needs of the business #LI-REMOTE
