This role focuses on seamless integration with manufacturing operations, adherence to CQV requirements, digital systems integration (SAP/EWM/MES), and the development of kitting and outbound logistics processes. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and optimize material kitting workflows to support accurate and efficient material transfer. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align kitting and transfer processes with manufacturing schedules and storage capacity. • Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions for warehouse kitting and transfer activities. • Support Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) activities for warehouse systems and processes. • Ensure all warehouse and transfer processes comply with GMP, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. • Drive digital system integration with Client technologies (e.g., Tulip, MES, SAP/EWM) to support automated and paperless material tracking. • Work with IT and operations teams to implement and validate system interfaces for kitting, transfers, and outbound logistics. • Define user requirements for SAP/EWM related to kitting, inventory management, transfers, and shipping. • Train warehouse staff on SAP/EWM processes. • Monitor SAP for outbound shipping requests and ensure accurate, timely execution. • Analyze logistics and shipping data to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities. • Lead root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions. • Initiate and manage change controls for process and system upgrades. • Champion continuous improvement across safety, quality, productivity, and environmental performance.
