Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign, manage data integration and workflows, and collaborate with teams to improve campaign performance.
Expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard, experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Journey Optimizer, proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and preferably Adobe Certified Expert certification.
Job Description Role : Adobe Campaign Manager Target Start Date: Immediately Duration: 27-Feb-2026, possible extensions or conversion Location: Strong preference to Detroit, as the client is local if any onsite work is needed. Otherwise, a PS office location on CST/EST. Onsite: Hybrid, 3-days per week at the client or Sapient office is the expectation Interview Process: 1-2 internal interview rounds, no client round expected Must Have Skills: • Adobe Campaign Manager expertise • Adobe Experience Manager experience • Adobe Journey Optimizer/Adobe Workfront experience Requirements: • Campaign Design and Execution: Creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, mobile, SMS, social media, etc.) using Adobe Campaign. • Data Management: Working with data models, integrating various data sources into Adobe Campaign, and ensuring data accuracy. • Workflow Development: Building and managing complex, segmented workflows and journeys within Adobe Campaign. • Template Creation: Developing and optimizing HTML email templates and other campaign content. • Integration: Integrating Adobe Campaign with other systems and platforms. • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights. • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to campaign delivery, performance, or segmentation. • Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, creative, and data teams to develop and execute effective campaigns. • Documentation: Documenting campaign strategies and workflows. • Adobe Campaign Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard. Adobe Campaign V8 experience will be preferred. • Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML/CSS. • Data Analysis: Experience with data segmentation, targeting, and performance analysis. • Marketing Automation: Understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices. • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Certification: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Campaign or related certifications is highly desirable.
