Strong writing and communication skills are essential, along with expertise in podcasting and video production. | Summary About Us Guidewire is a leading insurance platform in the insurance technology space, dedicated to transforming the industry with cutting-edge software solutions. Our Chief Evangelist plays a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engaging with the insurtech and carrier community, and producing high-impact content that educates and inspires industry professionals. Producer – Media & Brand Presence (Chief Evangelist Office) We are looking for a dynamic Media Producer to elevate the voice and brand of Guidewire’s Chief Evangelist (drabikdigest.com) and establish a strong presence across media, technology, and business landscapes. This role is not just about creating content — it’s about building a public profile, driving brand awareness, and positioning the Chief Evangelist as a recognized thought leader well beyond the insurance industry. Role Overview As Producer, you will shape and execute a media-first strategy: driving podcasts, video series, social storytelling, live event coverage, and press-worthy content that builds reach and influence. You will manage production from concept to distribution, ensuring the Chief Evangelist’s voice is amplified across traditional media, digital channels, and social platforms to engage global audiences. Job Description Key Responsibilities Media Presence & Brand Amplification Develop and execute a media strategy that elevates the Chief Evangelist into a recognizable brand across insurance, technology, and mainstream business conversations. Lead content promotion on TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms — experimenting with formats that boost engagement and reach. Work with PR, communications, and external partners to extend visibility through interviews, guest features, press mentions, and cross-industry panels. Monitor brand presence and media metrics, and refine strategies to expand audience and influence. Oversee production logistics — scheduling, guest coordination, and post-production quality control. Audience Engagement & Growth Drive conversations and build community by engaging directly with followers across channels. Leverage media coverage and digital content to attract new audiences outside the traditional insurance sector. Experiment with new storytelling techniques — short-form video, reels, behind-the-scenes content — to keep the brand fresh and relevant. Events & Public Profile Produce media around live events and speaking engagements (highlight reels, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews). Create PR-worthy content tied to major announcements, appearances, or industry moments. Prepare media kits, briefing documents, and speaker assets that strengthen the Chief Evangelist’s public profile. Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years in media production, brand building, or digital marketing. Proven track record in growing a personal or corporate brand’s media presence across multiple channels. Expertise in podcasting, video production, and short-form social storytelling. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a knack for compelling narratives. Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to execute campaigns and measure results. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Canva, Google Slides, or similar media platforms. Passion for technology, innovation, and digital influence (insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required). The US base salary range for this full-time position is $146,000 - $221,000 .
