Summary Guidewire is a leading provider of software solutions for the property and casualty insurance industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Alliance Partner Program Manager to join our SI Alliance Program team. This individual will be responsible for the execution and operational management of key workstreams within our global and award winning SI Alliance partner program. This individual will drive the day-to-day coordination and delivery of essential program elements, ensuring smooth operations and consistent partner engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in Partner program management, with a proven track record of operational success. This role reports directly to the Director, Partner Programs and Marketing, and is critical for supporting the strategic initiatives set at the leadership level. Job Description What You'll Do Partner Program Best Practices: Leverage their comprehensive knowledge of partner program best practices to actively help refine processes and drive better results within our SI Alliance partner program Partner Program metrics: Manage the entire compliance planning and execution. This includes managing the entire data and metric collection process, including socialization with key stakeholders. You will also oversee the creation of heatmaps and recommendations for partner tiering changes, as well as lead the compilation of recommendations for program metrics. Specializations Program Execution: Drive the operational roll-out of new specializations, including internal and external socialization efforts. You will manage ongoing activities for new specializations to ensure their successful integration into the program and facilitate the consolidation of recommendations for future updates. Awards Project Management: Lead the identification of award winners and manage internal communications related to the awards program. You will oversee the launch and daily management of the SI Excellence Awards, including forms, communications, and surveys. You will also manage the finalization of trophies, promotional kits, and website promotion for award recipients. Partner Preview & Event Coordination: Manage the distribution of "Save the Date" notifications and all Partner Preview communications. You will own the project plan, scheduling, and attendance logistics for partner preview calls. This includes tracking attendance at Partner Preview events and pre-planning activities. Project Management of Partner Advisory Council (PAC): You will be central to the operational success of our alliance programs. This includes keeping worldwide PACs on schedule, project managing launch and key timelines, maintaining notes during key internal meetings, and meticulously tracking action items to ensure timely follow-up. You will also manage all logistical and operational aspects. General Program Management: You will manage the updating of program guides, decks, and specialization slides. This includes coordinating team calls, one-on-one calls, quarterly reports, and various miscellaneous ad-hoc requests to ensure efficient communication. Who You Are An expert in partner programs (deep multi-company experience), able to leverage best practices, and ready to use that knowledge to help us refine processes and drive better results. A highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in operational partner program management within a B2B environment. A proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple complex tasks and workstreams simultaneously. Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data to measure partner performance, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations. Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple levels of leadership. An excellent verbal and written communicator, adept at coordinating with internal and external partner stakeholders. A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work effectively across various functions. Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your role as well as use data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement. Your Qualifications 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in partner channel or alliance program creation, proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver projects on time in a fast-paced setting where tasks change quickly. Strong organizational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork. Proficient in project management tools and standard Google office software. Ability to start on day 1 effectively making a difference! MBA preferred. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000 - $190,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
